Sandringham, take one!

After setting up a weekly booking agreement with the Sandringham Community Centre and getting some flyers and posters up in that area I was able to have the first introductory event for the acting class. The advertisement basically relied on people reading the flyers.

Most of the session got recorded on video.

There are 2 edits ready for public viewing, see attached Vimeo clips below for further info.
Some of the activity shots did not make it into an edit, but went straight to the video pool for potential edits in the future.

All video clips are being stored in a Vimeo channel: http://www.vimeo.com/channels/97534

Outcome:

The first session was good, though not at all what I expected it to be.
I almost ended up sitting on my own in an empty class room.

Positive: The person that joined was very open to the class and was patient with the class procedure.

Negative: The facility is on a noisy street and the light conditions are bad.

Solution: Could bring an extra light and a good microphone to the next class and also do more advertisement in person on the street to get the word out.
